‘Nothing Do Me’, Agagu’s Son Assures Worried Friends

Feyi, the first son of late ex-Ondo State Governor, Dr.
Olusegun Agagu, who narrowly escaped death in a
plane crash in Lagos on Thursday, has assured that
he is stable and no one should worry about his state
of being.
Feyi spoke when his friends, led by the son of a
former Nigerian ambassador to Ghana, Senator
Musiliu Obanikoro, checked in on him at the Surgical
Emergency ward of the Lagos State University
Teaching Hospital, Ikeja, where he and other victims
of the Associated Airline plane crash were rushed to
on Thursday.
The victim, who spoke normally, stated that he
became unconscious after feeling the impact of the
aircraft crashing into the ground but woke up later.
Feyi had his neck in a support collar and some
bandages but he let out a giggle upon sighting his
friends wearing long faces.
As he was being wheeled to the Intensive Care Unit
for a body scan, he gave the thumb up sign to his
friends, saying ‘nothing do me’.
The ill-fated Associated Airline flight from Lagos to
Akure which crashed shortly after take-off from the
Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos, had 20
passengers and crew members on board with only
five persons surviving the mishap.
